i have a faulty m24 no putting out enough voltage, i have checked with a metor & only putting out 4.2 volt.I cannot return to the supplier as they are no longer in bussines, i have e/mailed servonaut twice and got no reply can someone please contact me so i can return to be checked out and repaired if needed please.

Absolutely sure? Can you drive forward and backward at all? Did it work before?
The backward power is limited to about 50%, this could result in an 4.2 Volt reading on a multimeter.
Otherwise send the M24 in for repair:
