The industrial control Welec for discontinuous totalising automatic weighing instruments is developed. |

The next generation of the information system for the `UFA Film- und Theater AG` is graphics capable. |

The ITW brings the industrial control Welec BT to market. |
| 2001 |
The ITW GmbH changes its company name to ´Tematik - Technische Informatik GmbH´. Jörg Völker, graduate engineer in electrical engineering, is in charge of the business management. The trademark Servonaut is registered for model making items. With the multi-functional model K30T Tematik presents the first speed controller with lighting system and board computer for the truck model building. |
| 2002 |
Tematik´s product range is extended to electronics assemblies. With the F30 a special speed control for Truck-Trial is brought to market. |
| 2003 |
Tematik´s new arrival is the Servonaut SMT sound module and a new series of compact speed controllers. Tematik is exhibitor at the Intermodellbau fair in Dortmund for the first time. |
| 2004 |
New modules such as the MM4 and the ML4 small electrical light sets extend the range of Servonaut products. By the end of 2004 Servonaut delivers its 1000th electronics assembly. |
| 2006 |
The sales figures increase constantly thanks to the new sound module SMX and the speed controller S20. Tematik exhibits its products at various trade fairs (Sinsheim, Dortmund, Friedrichshafen, Bremen). |
| 2008 |
The Zwo4 Modellfunk constitutes an attractive technical upgrade for the most popular 2.4 GHz radios. |
| 2009 |
Electronics assembly No. 10.000 is being delivered... Readers of the magazine ´TruckModell´ vote the Zwo4 Modellfunk as product of the year in the category ´supplies´. |
| 2010 |
The K40, the successor model of the K30T is presented. A special truck engine and a range of gear motors join the program. The Zwo4 system is updated with new radio receivers. The production expands. More than 5000 electronics assemblies are sold for the first time. |
| 2011 |
Servonaut celebrates its 10th anniversary. |
| 2012 |
The 25.000th electronics assembly is sold. Servonaut takes over the production and distribution of ´Wendscher Modellbau-Artikel´, starting with the ´Sandmaster 370´. |
| 2013 |
An own SMD-assembly production with soldering paste printer is put into operation. To ensure best quality, Tematik invests in a steam phase-reflow-soldering unit made by Asscon. The production of the Servonaut Zwo-4 radio begins. |
| 2014 |
Products are beeing redesigned and made ready for in-house production. SM3 and SM7 are the new sound modules. Tematik produces its first complete model by Servonaut - the ´Grossmuldenkipper GMK4000´ developed by Wendscher Modelbau. |

Readers of the magazine ´TruckModell´vote the GMK 4000 as product of the year in the category ´Trucks´. |
| 2016 |
Servonaut celebrates its 15th anniversary! The 60.000th electronics assembly is sold. The in-house production is performed with a bigger cutting and engraving laser and a second automatic placement machine. Readers of the magazine ´TruckModell´ vote the sound module SMB second in the category ´Trucks/supplies´. |
