Repairs

Should your model have a break-down, don't worry, you'll get help! We designed our products in such way that a repair is possible and sensible in most cases. Normal rates are 18€ and 30€. If there's a more complex problem, we're going to contact you. Please: never try to fix the module yourself! The probability is high that the damage gets even worse. You need special tooling equipment to professionally repair the parts. We reserve the right to reject modules which are subject to attempts of self-repair. Just use our repair form. Please give us an exact error description (circumstances just before and when the fault happened), and don't forget to add your return address.

User's manuals, wiring diagrams, test reports

Every product has a user manual and, if applicable, a corresponding wiring plan. Some items even have a test report in pdf file format available. Just select the 'documents' tab on the article page. For manuals of legacy products see here.
